Specialising in growth and business development consulting, I've secured pilot customers and built the GTM strategy for an RWA financing firm, designed builder support programs for a major blockchain project, supported fundraising for an AI x crypto venture.

Transitioning to Chief of Staff at Nestcoin. I incubated a B2B stablecoin neobank (onboarding initial 15 businesses), executed growth and BD for portfolio startups and managed investor comms and restructuring post-the FTX collapse, helping to raise a $2million emergency bridge round.

I joined Nestcoin, a crypto-focused venture studio, to turn a high-level idea into a business - Onboard, a stablecoin- enabled payments platform. I took from concept to 4,000 users and $50million in liquidity in its first 4 months. Leading growth, BD and product, I secured key partnerships, onboarded liquidity providers from competitors, and conducted 200+ weekly outreach efforts. Onboard was recognised as a top 10 innovation by the CEO of Coinbase and is now a Coinbase Partner.

I pitched myself and became a venture scout for Sahil (Gumroad founder) and Elizabeth Yin (Hustlefund GP), sourcing projects across crypto, gaming and payments infra, while working fulltime. I pitched 20 with 5 securing funding in 5 months. Some were later backed by Lightspeed Ventures, Coinbase, Electric Capital, and Balaji.
